At Cox Automotive we’re building an industry leading customer centric sales team to optimise how we engage with common customer segments across our diverse business. Our new streamlined approach will deliver improved customer experiences and will be pivotal in integrating and scaling product/service offerings, and creating more meaningful connections that deliver value for our customers.

We will continue to invest in our team and evolve our service proposition for our customers, and to service their needs more effectively through a more strategic and collaborative approach. Our centralised sales management structure will enable us to more efficiently meet the needs of customers who choose to use our services across different parts of CAA.

The team is lead by Kirzsten Pountney our Managing Director, Retail & Data Solutions and Shakira Loveridge our General Manager of Enterprise Sales.

Kirzsten joined Cox Automotive in 2021 after many years at Toyota Finance, the automotive division of St George Bank, and Pepper Group. She has extensive expertise in automotive, relationship management and customer experience. Throughout her career she has honed her skills in sales and new business development; strategy; planning and continuous improvement.

Kirszten is excited about the opportunity to bring the unique offering and integrated Cox Automotive approach to our customers.

Prior to joining Cox Automotive, Shakira was Group Operations Executive – Sales at Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) before becoming a trusted Advisor with various global organisations in London and New York that specialise in connecting businesses with industry and subject matter experts, where she utilised her knowledge of best practice and process in various industries, with a continued focus on automotive.

Shakira has extensive expertise providing boutique advisory and consultation on business transformation, acquisitions and mergers, B2B2C, risk mitigation and business operation strategies for automotive OEMs, dealer groups and networks. Most recently providing advisory services to digital disruptors as well as global consulting and advisory firms.

Shakira is passionate about creating value and exceptional customer experiences for our customers. She has a wealth of experience across physical and digital retail, wholesale and corporate automotive markets, and is focused on using data, analytics and process transformation to help our customers unlock future growth potential.
